Allied Solutions is reportedly looking for individuals to fill the Claims Adjuster – Subrogation Specialist – Auto Insurance position. 

Allied Solutions is reportedly hiring individuals to fill the Claims Adjuster – Subrogation Specialist – Auto Insurance job position. This position is responsible for the administration and adjudication of REPO Plus claims. This position will entail the receipt and investigation of three to eight new claims daily. Further, this job is responsible for the negotiation and settlement of Auto Property damage claims with various personal and commercial lines insurance carriers on behalf of lender clients. This position will carry a pending claim workload up to 200 claims. This is expected to maintain a revolving diary to standards set by Management.

 

Here are the Responsibilities to be taken account:

  • Review condition reports for compensable damage on a daily basis
  • Investigate coverage via internal and external systems and attach supporting documents to claims
  • Process claim documents and inquiries related to REPO Plus claims
  • Prepare and present demands to outside insurance companies
  • Follow up with claim demands
  • Negotiate claim settlements with outside insurance carriers
  • Ensure proper file documentation throughout the claim process
  • Maintain a closing ratio of 90-100% for a workload averaging 150 new claims per month
  • Handle a pending of up to 200 claims per month
  • Maintain a current diary for each assigned REPO Plus claim
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their REPO Plus claims, including final resolution documents, as required
  • Process all outside insurance claim inquiries within three business days
  • Prepare an appropriate referral for files requiring Department of Insurance or Legal Counsel involvement
  • Other duties as assigned

 

To qualify for the job, the applicants must prepare the following:

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Three to five years of claims or related experience strongly preferred
  • Industry recognized certifications strongly desired
